In the latest installment of the AI Invited Speakers Series, the Thomson Reuters Center for AI and Cognitive Computing and Thomson Reuters Institute are proud to present a special public town hall with renowned public health scholar Dr. Michael T. Osterholm, Regents Professor, McKnight Presidential Endowed Chair in Public Health, and Director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP) at the University of Minnesota.

In this interactive setting, Dr. Osterholm will discuss the epidemiology of the SARS-CoV-2 infection, including what current evidence suggests about the spread of COVID-19 and an examination of public health strategies easily deployed to reduce SARS-CoV-2 transmission. Dr. Osterholm will conclude his talk with a one year look-ahead at the long-term ramifications of the pandemic and an interactive audience Q&A session.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our COVID-19 Town Hall has been postponed.  We are attempting to reschedule this meeting as quickly as possible.
