Leveraging nuanced insight and brand new research around allyship and inclusivity, this series offers meaningful solutions toward advancing career and leadership opportunities for underrepresented individuals in the workplace.

Our program begins with a moderated keynote conversation between Deborah L. Rhode of Stanford Law School and David B. Wilkins of Harvard Law School on allyship and the future of legal industry leadership, followed by a presentation from the University of Pennsylvania’s Carey Law School on recent industry research.

    The Promise of Tomorrow: Revealting Results Around New Attitudes of Allyship

    Through a “first of its kind,” groundbreaking research collaboration between Thomson Reuters and University of Pennsylvania’s Carey Law School, members of the research group will present their findings from a study conducted on the perceptions of men from Generation Z around gender equality and allyship. The presenters will also share stories from the portrait narratives being produced on survey respondents. As an added bonus, this session will also feature reactions from distinguished business leaders and offer important insights on the evolution of workplace inclusion and the next generation’s impact on the future of work.
