Paul Worth

Co-Head of Global Litigation, Eversheds Sutherland

Paul is the Co-Head of Global Litigation at Eversheds Sutherland and a member of the firm's International Leadership Team. The practice group is recognised by The Lawyer as the world's 6th largest disputes practice. Paul has responsibility for a team of just under 700 people handling complex litigation, arbitration and investigations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. His Co-Head Ron Zdrojeski oversees the practice group in the US.

Paul joined the firm in 2002 and has over 25 years' experience of complex litigation, investigations and regulatory/compliance work, particularly for financial services clients. Paul has recently advised clients on cases involving interest rate hedging products, professional negligence, anti-money laundering and fraud. His global team deals with all types of litigation, arbitration, class actions, investigations and white collar work for clients in sectors including energy, financial services, industrials, TMT and retail.

Paul has been recognised as a leading expert by the legal directories for many years, with clients recognising him as "a no nonsense lawyer" with "real commercial nous". He has also published a number of articles on the increasing use of technology in litigation.
