Margaret F. Holman (Meg) is a lawyer and currently the chief operating officer of FordHarrison LLP a national labor and employment boutique with 25 offices and over 150 lawyers. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, and leads a team of department heads, including finance, marketing and client development, technology, attorney talent, human resources, and facilities, to provide the support FordHarrison lawyers need to exceed client expectations. Meg started her legal career as a first year associate at FordHarrison, and after several years of practice, became the firm’s first professional development director before progressing to chief strategic officer. In that role, she steered a wide variety of collaborative projects related to succession planning, leadership development, and overall firm profitability. Meg spent three years as part of the global law firm King & Spalding LLP’s professional development team before returning to FordHarrison in her current role. She received her J.D. from the University of Georgia and her Masters of Law Firm Management from George Washington University.
