Inclusion Lead, Deloitte Canada
Lenore MacAdam has been a champion of diversity and inclusion throughout her career. In her current role, reporting to the Chief Inclusion Officer, she is responsible for the ongoing design, development and execution of Deloitte Canada's national inclusion strategy.
Lenore represents Deloitte as a member of the Employers' Partnership Table – a group formed to advise the Ontario government on innovative ways to connect more people with disabilities to jobs. She is a frequent panelist and speaker at events related to Diversity and Inclusion.
She has previously worked in management consulting, focusing primarily on organizational development and process efficiency. While at Deloitte, Lenore has worked in employee engagement, performance management, innovation, culture, and policy development.
Lenore is an active volunteer. At Deloitte, she previously served as the National Chair of the LGBTQ Employee Resource Group, and is currently an advisor to the Accessibility Employee Resource Group.
When not in the office, Lenore serves as the Chair of the Board of Pride at Work Canada.
Previously, Lenore was the Co-Chair of the Board of Pride Toronto and Community One Foundation. She was also a Board Member of Springtide Resources, and the Nexus Group at the Rotman School of Management.
In 2018, Lenore received the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion’s Award of Success in the “Community Contributor of the Year” category.
Lenore has a BAH in Communications from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
