Jordan D. Howlette is a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He represents the United States in civil tax cases and controversies in federal courts across the nation. Jordan also serves in a volunteer capacity as a Co-chair of the Standing Committee on Diversity & Inclusion for the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, where he promotes initiatives that foster diversity, further equity, and support inclusivity in the legal industry.
