Beck McNeil

Senior Consultant, Corporate Learning & Leadership Development, City of Toronto

Beck is an educator and consultant in equity, diversity, and human rights learning, recently joining the City of Toronto supporting the Toronto for All initiative. He holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Beck previously worked as a Director of Organization Development at The 519 Church Street Community Centre and Leadership and Organization Development Consultant and education Project Manager at St. Michael’s Hospital. He also served as Vice President of Out on Bay Street (now Start Proud), a Governance Committee Member at Sherbourne Health, and is currently a Board Member and Treasurer of Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. As a trans male with an OD background, he is passionate about strategic advancement and sustainable change in support of queer and trans people in their work life.
