Director, Supply Chain Strategy & Operations, Boeing
Tim Murnin joined The Boeing Company in July 2006, and is the Director of Supply Chain Management for Boeing Military Aircraft. In this role, Tim leads strategy for strategic supplier partnerships in India and southern Asia.
Prior to this position, Tim served as director, Supply Chain Management for theTraining Systems & Government Services supply chain organization, where he set direction for supply chain strategy, managed distribution and warehousing operations, and oversaw all technology investments in the supply chain management function.
Prior to joining The Boeing Company, Tim was a Consulting Practice Manager for Salesforce.com from 2004-05 where he worked with clients such as Honeywell. From 2001-2004, Tim was Director of Consulting Services for Manugistics, Inc., focusing on the supply chains of consumer goods and retail companies. While at Manugistics, Tim led supply chain transformation efforts at companies such as Kraft Foods, Tyson Foods, and Philip Morris USA. From 1999-2001, Tim was a Principal Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led supply chain consulting engagements at Avon and Church & Dwight. From 1997-1999, Tim served as Manager of Supply Chain Consulting with TLB Supply Chain Solutions in Cape Town, South Africa.
Tim holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration from Saint Louis University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
