Peggy Chang Barber is the Americas CEO and General Counsel for The International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), a non-profit focused on enabling organizations and professionals to achieve world-class standards in their trading relationships.

Peggy is a passionate advocate for the importance of contracting to business success, having spent a much of her career in strategic contracting — leading complex negotiations, managing teams of attorneys and contracting professionals, and driving global contracting simplification and analytics initiatives at Hewlett Packard.

Peggy also served as lead commercial counsel when Hewlett Packard separated into 4 companies between 2014 and 2017, co-creating the contract separation strategy that enable the first separation to happen in just 391 days.

A member of the Texas and DC Bar Associations, Peggy is based in Houston, Texas, and welcomes the opportunity to connect and collaborate with others who are passionate about contracting excellence and a future where all trading relationships add social and economic benefit.
