Amy Yeung is General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Lotame, Inc, a global big data analytics company in the publisher and marketing space. In this role, Amy leads all legal, compliance and privacy functions at Lotame. Prior to joining Lotame, Amy was Deputy General Counsel at Comscore (NYSE: SCOR), an audience measurement software and data provider, overseeing the company’s commercial, compliance and privacy functions during a period of corporate turnaround. Prior to Comscore, Amy was general counsel at Dataminr, leading all legal functions for a software company recognized in 2015 as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum. During this time, Amy also served as an independent board member of Personal Blackbox, a company venture-backed by Prudential Financial to create a digital marketing platform for businesses. She also served as a senior attorney at ZeniMax Media, an international video game developer and publisher. Amy was also an associate at WilmerHale.
Amy is Co-Chair of Communications of the Law Department Management Network of the Association of Corporate Counsel, appointed as a board member to Duke University Alumni Association, and recently completed her term as co-chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Amy holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Chicago.
